Information we collect

We may collect contact information you provide when requesting a demo, asking for support, creating an account or beginning commercial onboarding. The LineCrew Pro application may also store company operational information such as users, jobs, work points, production records, contracts, price books, reports and safety records.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and improve LineCrew Pro, respond to requests, support contractor operations, administer accounts, secure the service, and process commercial subscriptions and payments.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and interactions with our product-demo videos, including when a video is started or completed. Analytics reports may include the page viewed, approximate region, browser, operating system and device type. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide these measurements.

Company data separation

LineCrew Pro is designed as a multi-tenant service. Contractor data is associated with the company that owns it, and application access is controlled by company membership and user role.

AI-assisted support

When an authorized Admin uses LineCrew AI, the question, recent conversation context and limited company context needed to answer the question may be processed by our AI service provider. LineCrew Pro does not intentionally provide another contractor’s data as context, and AI access is subject to authentication, role controls and company scoping. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for an app-support question.

Sharing

We do not sell contractor operational data. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate LineCrew Pro, such as hosting, authentication, AI processing, payment or communication providers, subject to their applicable terms and security practices.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. LineCrew Pro does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers; Stripe processes payment credentials and supplies billing identifiers, subscription status and related transaction information needed to administer the subscription.

Security

We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect account and company information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and authorized user access.

Retention and requests

Information may be retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal or business requirements, resolve disputes and maintain records. Questions or requests concerning privacy may be sent to support@linecrewpro.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated as LineCrew Pro launches additional services or integrations. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
