How LineCrew Pro handles website, account and contractor information.

Information we collect
We may collect contact information you provide when requesting a demo, asking for support, creating an account or beginning commercial onboarding. The LineCrew Pro application may also store company operational information such as users, jobs, work points, production records, contracts, price books, reports and safety records.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve LineCrew Pro, respond to requests, support contractor operations, administer accounts, secure the service and prepare or process commercial subscriptions when billing is enabled.
Company data separation
LineCrew Pro is designed as a multi-tenant service. Contractor data is associated with the company that owns it, and application access is controlled by company membership and user role.
Sharing
We do not sell contractor operational data. Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate LineCrew Pro, such as hosting, authentication, payment or communication providers, subject to their applicable terms and security practices.
Security
We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect account and company information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and authorized user access.
Retention and requests
Information may be retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal or business requirements, resolve disputes and maintain records. Questions or requests concerning privacy may be sent to welborn@linecrewpro.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as LineCrew Pro launches additional services, payment processing or integrations. The current version will be posted on this page.
