Use of the service

LineCrew Pro is software intended to help powerline contractors manage operational workflows. Users must access the service only through authorized accounts and must not attempt to bypass security controls, access another company’s information or interfere with service operation.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into LineCrew Pro, the users they authorize, and how they use reports or other outputs. LineCrew Pro does not replace required safety procedures, utility requirements, contracts, engineering judgment, payroll review or other professional obligations.

Subscriptions and billing

Public paid subscriptions are not yet enabled. When commercial subscriptions launch, plan pricing, crew limits, billing terms and any applicable trial or overage rules will be presented before purchase and may be updated prospectively.

Availability and changes

Features may change as LineCrew Pro is developed and improved. We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal requirements or product development.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may be restricted or disabled when necessary to protect the service, customers or other users.

Intellectual property

LineCrew Pro, its software, branding, website content and related materials are owned by Line Logic Systems or its licensors except where otherwise stated. Customer-owned operational data remains associated with the customer that supplied it.

Limitation of use

The service is provided for operational support and is not a substitute for required field supervision, safety rules, engineering review, contract interpretation or legal compliance. Users remain responsible for decisions made from service information.
